1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sharp-Edge (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Informational Purposes Only — No Advice
All content in the App — including predictions, probabilities, model outputs, ratings, odds, records, and "best bets" — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal, tax, or betting advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to place any wager. You are solely and exclusively responsible for any decision you make and for any wager you place.
3. No Warranty; No Guarantee of Accuracy
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that data, odds, lines, scores, statistics, or model results are accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Past performance, historical records, and reported ROI do not guarantee or predict future results.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sharp-Edge, its owners, operators, founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, the "Covered Parties") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGERS, GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO your use of, or inability to use, the App; any content, pick, prediction, model output, or data provided; any error, delay, outage, or inaccuracy; or any decision or wager you make. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF A COVERED PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that sports wagering involves substantial risk of financial loss and that you may lose some or all money you wager. You voluntarily assume all such risk. You agree never to wager funds you cannot afford to lose.
6. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You represent that you are at least 21 years old (or the legal wagering age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that your use of the App and any wagering activity is lawful where you are located. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws. Sharp-Edge does not accept wagers, hold funds, or operate as a sportsbook.
7. Responsible Gambling
If gambling is negatively affecting you or someone you know, help is available. In the U.S., call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) for confidential support.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Covered Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your wagering activity, or your breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All models, methodologies, content, branding, and software in the App are owned by Sharp-Edge or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written permission.
10. Accounts, Access, and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or any feature, content, tier, or account at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
11. Severability and Survival
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Sections 2 through 8 survive any termination of your access.
