Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Overview

Sharp-Edge ("we", "us", or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and the choices you have. By using Sharp-Edge, you agree to the practices described here. This policy applies to all users, including those who sign in with Google.

2. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

Sharp-Edge offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares with us the following data from your Google account: your email address and the full name (profile name) associated with your Google account. We do not request, access, or store any other Google account data. We do not access your Google contacts, Google Drive files, Gmail messages, Google Calendar, Google Photos, or any other Google service. We do not request any restricted Google scopes. The Google data we receive is used solely for the purposes described in this policy. Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the email address and full name obtained through Google Sign-In (or through email/password registration) to: (a) authenticate your identity and create or access your account; (b) identify you within the App and display your name or email on your account page; (c) assign and manage your user role (for example, standard user or administrator); and (d) maintain the security and integrity of user sessions. We do not use your Google data to personalize advertisements, and we do not use it to create profiles for advertising purposes.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your email address and full name are stored securely in Sharp-Edge's database, which is hosted on the App's infrastructure provider. Access to stored user data is restricted to authorized personnel and is protected by authentication controls. Authentication tokens and session data are managed by the App's authentication provider. We do not store your Google password — Google Sign-In uses OAuth tokens managed by Google, and we never receive or retain your Google password.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your email address, full name, or any other personal data. We do not rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your Google user data with any third party for their own independent use or for advertising. We may disclose limited account information only when required to do so by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sharp-Edge, our users, or the public. We may also share data with our infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting and authentication providers) strictly to operate the App, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and full name for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account using the Delete Account feature on the Account page, your account and the associated personal data (including your email address and full name) are permanently deleted from our database. This action cannot be undone. If you have signed in with Google, you may also revoke Sharp-Edge's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (visible on your Account page) and the right to request its deletion. To delete your data, use the Delete Account button on the Account page, which permanently removes your account and associated personal data. You may also sign out of your account at any time. If you used Google Sign-In, you can review and revoke Sharp-Edge's access in your Google Account under "Third-party access" or "Apps with access to your account."

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel and protected by authentication. However, no system or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Sharp-Edge is intended for users who are at least 21 years old (or the legal wagering age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify users within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or about your personal data, you may contact us through the support options available in your account settings. This policy is hosted on Sharp-Edge's verified domain and is clearly linked from the App's login page, registration page, homepage, and account page.
